Dr. Shejil Kumar and Prof. Rory Clifton-Bligh are spearheading the "ROLEX-DUO Study" at the Kolling Institute, focusing on postmenopausal women aged 50 and above. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of combining medication and exercise in enhancing bone density and muscle strength. Participants will engage in supervised weight-bearing exercises or home-based mobility and balance exercises.
