The Guidelines app includes a summary of key information from the ARF and RHD Guidelines and an ARF diagnosis calculator. The Guidelines app is designed to support the Australian health workforce with clinical aspects of acute rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease. It contains key information from the 2020 Australian guideline for prevention, diagnosis and management of acute rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease (3rd edition) including primary prevention, diagnosis, and management of ARF, and information about the management of RHD, including secondary prevention. It also contains contact information for the Australian RHD register and control programs, and requirements for notification of ARF and RHD in relevant jurisdictions.

This is an app to support FND wellness and provide information, it uses a bottom-up approach to identify care needs and gaps for people with FND, incorporating consumer input throughout the app. Features include lived experience stories, artwork, photography, and a comprehensive FAQ section with 110 questions grouped to help newly diagnosed individuals understand the condition. This active consumer involvement ensured their voices were heard and valued.
