About
Linda, a BSc graduate with a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics, is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who blends the latest scientific knowledge with behavioural strategies to meet the unique needs of her clients. With extensive experience in critical health care, she made her mark as Australia’s first cardiac transplant dietitian and has a knack for communicating health advice, having previously written a monthly column for the Australian Women’s Weekly.
Linda prefers face-to-face consultations and offers flexible options, including out-of-hours appointments and home visits. She is passionate about working collaboratively with individuals, families, organisations, and companies to achieve positive health outcomes through food. Known for her reliability, dynamism, and honesty, she provides a supportive environment where clients can feel confident and respected.
With years of experience in hospitals, media, and private practice, Linda has developed a practical approach to delivering scientific nutrition advice that enhances clients' relationships with food. She educates by promoting healthy eating habits, building food confidence, and strengthening nutrition awareness. Driven by a passion for culinary nutrition, she is often found experimenting in her “home kitchen science lab,” testing recipes, reformulating dishes, and developing new nutritional models.
Linda has also innovated Nutriloops™️, Australia’s first nutritious biscuit range specifically designed for the aged care sector, reflecting her concern for the nutritional needs of the ageing population. In addition to her private practice, she consults with organisations and companies, focusing on tailored nutrition solutions for older Australians. Linda specialises in practical, evidence-based advice for maintaining health and wellbeing, with expertise in weight management, diabetes, gastrointestinal health, and cardiac conditions.
