About
Dr Amanda Benham is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Her area of special expertise is plant-based nutrition and planning plant-based diets for optimal health and nourishment for people of all ages. She has published in the areas of planning nutritionally adequate plant-based diets, vitamin B12 in vegan women and weaning babies onto a vegan diet.
Amanda has decades of experience in helping people adopt and maintain health-enhancing plant-based diets, whether for health, ethical or environmental reasons, and has been on a vegan diet since 1983.
