Dr. Elizabeth Moore, born in Malaya and educated in England and Australia, completed her undergraduate medical degree at the University of Adelaide. She has extensive experience in psychiatry across various hospital and community settings. Dr. Moore is the President of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and is committed to improving mental health care in both countries45.
