Kylee Long is a Health and Wellness coach who works with and supports people who are wanting to improve their overall health and live their best life through making sustainable lifestyle changes and better understanding themselves.
Kylee is a Health and Wellness Coach as part of the The National Institute for Stroke and Applied Neurosciences (NISAN) team on the TIIPS (Trial of an Individualised Intervention for the Prevention of Stroke) clinical trial. She also has her own coaching practice where she sees people in person at her office or via video call.
Kylee is currently studying with PREKURE in their Master Coach Program, becoming a Prekure Certified Health Coach in 2024 and is currently continuing certification as a Metabolic Nutrition Coach and Mental Health Coach, which she will have completed at the end of 2025.
Kylee has been an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member since 2021 and HCANZA Professional Member since 2024.
Kylee is a mum of three and loves spending time supporting her children at home, school and in all their activities, attending many school trips and camps. In her spare time you will find her supporting her community in Netball as a coach and a coach developer for her local centre and Netball Northern and school events and committees. She is also an avid walker and completes numerous 10k events throughout the year.
