Mood Food - Nutrition for Mental Health
Queensland, Australia
Mood Food is an evidence-based programme designed to educate, empower, and inspire you to eat foods that can prevent, treat, and overcome depression.
We want the world to understand that the food we consume affects our mental health just as much as our physical health. Everyone eats, yet many of us are not getting it right.
Mood Food offers both a comprehensive 12-week online programme and a condensed 6-week programme, translating scientific insights into practical tools that are easy to engage with. These tools will help you develop the skill of eating well and reduce symptoms of depression.
Mood Food has been developed by dietitians with over 15 years of experience in helping people change their habits and transform their lives.
Please note that Mood Food should be used in conjunction with any existing treatments prescribed for your individual needs.
We believe Mood Food should be the starting point in the treatment of depression, as a healthy diet is the foundation of strong mental and physical health.
